This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Coduzzle ("Developer", "we", "our", "us") for the use of the Coduzzle mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
This EULA is between you and Coduzzle only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Coduzzle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
Coduzzle is a mobile application designed to help you learn and practice coding interview patterns. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.
Coduzzle offers premium content through auto-renewable subscriptions:
If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You will only be charged after the trial period expires if you do not cancel beforehand.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
All content within Coduzzle, including but not limited to problems, explanations, code examples, illustrations, and UI design, is owned by Coduzzle and protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for personal learning purposes only. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coduzzle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Coduzzle is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App, as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Coduzzle's sole responsibility.
Coduzzle, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Coduzzle, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
